ImpressArt is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead its product development team in expanding its innovative line of metal stamping and jewelry making tools.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Evaluate performance of products and programs
  • Formulate vision with team for product line and new lines
  • Trend spotting
  • Manage and prioritize projects in product development pipeline
  • Generate new product ideas with team
  • Manage design team and design process for all projects
  • Conduct design research to identify consumer needs and understand problems
  • Work with art team and engineers to develop designs and prototypes
  • Procure, test, and approve samples from suppliers
  • Develop packaging with art team
  • Determine product name, target pricing, and other marketing features
  • Coordinate product launches with marketing team

Education Manager

Edgewood, NY

ImpressArt is seeking a talented marketing professional to create educational content that will optimize our customers’ experience. The Education Manager will work with our design team to create tutorials and resources that will ensure our customers are successful in making exceptional hand stamped jewelry and crafts.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to educate customers on using the proper tools and techniques that will ensure they have an optimal hand stamping experience, and are successful in creating beautiful hand stamped jewelry and projects
  • Partner with internal departments including sales and PR to ensure that a 360° education strategy is integrated into all points of brand communications
  • Identify, organize, and facilitate educational outreach opportunities that will introduce hand stamping to new potential customers
  • Work with lead jewelry designer to film and write project tutorials for web, social media, PR initiatives, and resellers as needed
  • Create educational content and technical resources including buying guides, FAQs, reference charts, infographics, etc.
  • Write instructions for product packaging and web postings
  • Train and develop resources for resellers, educators, and employees
  • Travel to events to execute make-n-takes and demonstrations
  • Assist product development team by contributing ideas and insights based on customer feedback and field observations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing experience 2+ years
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Jewelry, craft, or other experience working with tools
  • Education and training experience a plus

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Process customer returns
  • Resolve customer disputes
